Met the author in Normandy on a Road Scholar tour. He was excelent
We bought this book because the author, William Jordan, gave a group of us a tour of Normandy about 10 years ago. It was one of the best tours we have ever had and he explained so much about the invasion. We were a group of Americans and Germans and he managed to make it a good tour for all of us.
