Practical, biblical leadership and Management book . Prof. Kenneth O. Gangel is indeed an authority on this subject. I sat under his teaching on a ITS, Grand Rapids,Michigan,doctoral course. He is extremely vast in the matter.
Read this book years ago in seminary; it was very helpful and brought clarity to many pastoral issues. Teaching in a bible college and choose this as my primary text for a Foundation of Pastoral Ministry course. Students appreciate the comprehensive treatment of pastoral ministry! Great book.
